This position has responsibility for the supply chain function for all PDC manufacturing locations globally. S/he will lead all supply chain related functions for our global PDC operation, which may include, but are not limited to, material procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection, and distribution. Create integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers. Focuses resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes, and establishes key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis. Promotes alignment by understanding and communicating customer needs and requirements throughout the organization. Develops strategic and operating plans to ensure that the company has the appropriate resources to support current forecasted business and projected growth; to communicate resource plans to gain consensus from Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing that respond to current and expanding markets; and to develop Manufacturing/Distribution models to determine and validate business strategies.

Development for the Supply Chain Planners for all CMI production facilities and copackers.
The development of technological advancement in Supply Chain Planning.

Experience and ability to work across business units in a matrixed organization to build teamwork and get results.
Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business or related Supply Chain program from accredited educational institution.
APICS certified master production scheduler.
