Director of Subacute SHIFT: Full-Time, Days
RATE: $38.00/hr. ($38.00 - $40.00/hr., depending on experience)BENEFITS:- Weekly Paychecks

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Directing, coordinating, and supervising the activities of all nursing staff engaged in a designated unit
- Authority, responsibility, and accountability for the overall management of residents in a designated unit
- Responsible for transmitting each unit's staff concerns to the appropriate department supervisor.
- Maintenance of Resident Care Plans and the overall management of resident care
REQUIREMENTS:- Degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse in the state of New York required
- Must have a minimum of one year of experience in nursing service administration. Additional education or experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
- Must possess knowledge of state, federal, and local long-term care regulations.
- Must be flexible, punctual, professional, and reliable
- Strong customer service skills and compassion
