Kforce has a client seeking a Director of Strategy, Planning, Execution and Governance in Wilmington, Delaware (DE). Summary: The role involves creating, governing and executing on the technology strategy and the annual project book of work while governing the health of Cards applications. You will be responsible for co-creating our technology strategy in partnership with our business and technology colleagues. Day to day responsibility for delivering a complex technology program portfolio all while providing insights on the health of our eco-systems of technologies. Proven strategic and execution experience with collaboration and influencing skills in large matrix organizations is a must. If you have experience and are interested in helping transform our organization utilizing the latest delivery methodologies (Agile) and technologies (API's, Cloud, etc.) to ensure we remain number one in our market we would like to meet you. Primary Responsibilities: Technology Strategy:

  • Communicates to partners with executive leadership across LOBs and the Consumer Card Chief Administrative Officer and their team to deliver across multiple CEO-sponsored books of work
  • Manages and evaluates performance; Ensures goals and development plans are created and tracked, delivers performance reviews that are meaningful and provide constructive feedback, coaches and mentors employees and rewards them based on merit

Business Results:

  • Drives and influences the strategic technology roadmap of the firm to enable business goals
  • Guides implementation of high quality technology solutions through collaboration and leadership
  • Identifies new opportunities to influence the firm's technology strategy

Client / Customer Focus:

  • Partners closely with and acts as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the firm in order to influence strategic priorities

Requirements

  • Experience in developing a multi-yeartechnology strategy
  • Strategic thinking and communication with respect to Card and Technology industry trends
  • Team player, partner and influencer
  • Excellent oral and written presentation skills for all audiences
  • Department Leadership experience in HR, Finance, Vendor Management, Risk and Controls
  • Transformational Change Management
