1.Directs the development and implementation of strategic staffing policies, procedures and programs for recruitment, placement and retention of highly qualified applicants. Develops standards for applicant screening, interviewing and placement into positions.
2.Designs and implements an effective legally defensive selection process.
3.Directs Strategic Staffing staff in order to provide proactive staffing support for new transit rail operations. 4.Partners with Human Resources Leadership in order to gain a clear understanding of present and future talent needs in order to develop action plans to address them. 5.Ensures that NJ TRANSIT talent pool reflects and benefits from the diversity of the available candidate population.
6.Partners with the Candidate Outreach Team for all levels. Works with college recruiting, employment agencies, job fairs and employment advertising.
