Welcome to a ground-floor opportunity to launch an international company’s new U.S. venture with multiple innovative functional beverage lines. This billion-dollar, privately-held company was incepted in 1984 through innovative products and drives it with heavy advertising.
This is a new position and this ad is directly from the Company.
The Director of Sales is virtually based or if in Los Angeles, at the new L.A. headquarters. It reports into the General Manager/ Chief Sales and Marketing Officer with U.S Startup and U.S. Corporate experience.
The Director of Sales supports the Company’s vision of providing and building leading healthy products to assist consumers in being their best selves. This person is ultimately responsible and accountable for growing net sales and profit within our classes of trade including but not limited to the grocery, drug, mass, and c-store channels. This is accomplished by developing sales plans for each account and region by selling to and through retail customers, distributors and third -party sales agencies (brokers). They will also manage regional sales managers. In addition, this person will assist in the development of the Annual Business Plan, with ultimate ownership of the Plan. Growing net sales and building share will be done by optimizing item Distribution, Shelf presence, off-shelf Merchandising, and retail Pricing (DSMP). This sales leader will influence DSMP via fact-based selling and trade investment funds.
