You will:

  • Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new business within the client HQ, National Agencies and Shopper Marketing sectors
  • Develop a business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company and client revenue goals
  • Track weekly sales revenue and pipeline growth to identify gaps, assess overall pacing to goals and areas of opportunity/challenge
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding revenue performance, risk to business plan, successes and overall sales activity
  • Leverage Salesforcereporting tools and dashboards to develop sales performance summaries to be presented to management
  • Communicate team success within TRM and lead overall sales efforts
  • Distribute weekly email to management team reporting against sales activity
  • Manage new and existing client campaigns to successfully meet and exceed client performance expectations
  • Share expertise and advise clients on new campaign ideas to generate continued results
  • Actively participate in account and campaign management and work with internal account management and ad operations to ensure client satisfaction
  • Form and maintain cross-functional relationships to ensure campaigns are executed successfully

You have:

  • At least 5 years previous experience in a business development or sales role with leading online advertising networks and/or portals or agencies
  • Willingness to travel to build/grow advertiser relationships
  • Ability to work independently, while being open to direction and guidance
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Base CRM experience (, MS Dynamic, Siebel, etc.)
