Director of Sales – Enterprise Software
This role can be located anywhere in the United States near a major airport.
Travel will be 50%+
Lead a global sales team, approximately 60+ people, responsible for industry-leading software solutions to the distribution center, retail store and MRO environments. Drive double-digit business growth by executing strategies for both direct sales and channelsales engagements, with a strong emphasis on driving new customer acquisition. Own the continuous improvement of your team through disciplined performance management, structured coaching and management by metrics. Collaborate with the leadership team to set priorities for new business opportunities and shape the strategic direction of the offering roadmap. Build executive level relationships with your customers, and provide strategic coaching to your team on their customer engagements. Use data analysis of sales numbers, customer accounts, competitive intelligence, and market trends to make needed adjustments to continuously meet business results.
