Position Location: Onalaska, WI

Position Type: New

Purpose & Summary: The Director of Sales leads global sourcing of electronic scrap (e-scrap), non-ferrous metal scrap, and related scrap materials from other recyclers, collectors and brokers as well as scrap yards and related processors. In addition, this position sources electronic resale products for the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) Division from this same customer base. Responsibilities include developing and implementing market strategies, discovering high value partners for Dynamic Recycling, determining pricing structures & terms, negotiating contracts, providing customer service, direct sales and business development with high potential customers, and leading & building a sales team.

Requirements: An Associate?s Degree along with at least five years of sales and sales management experience is required. However, we will also consider additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Additional qualifications include:

Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor?s degree with 7+ years of experience with recycling buy/sell, international sales, e-scrap and/or related metals scrap sourcing preferred.
