Our client, a print and digital media company that focuses on the Pharmaceutical industry is seeking their Director of Sales. The Sales Director is responsible for generating new business, maintaining and growing current and new accounts, and driving sales of new multi-channel custom programs.

Essential Job Functions:

?       Calling on Pharmaceutical Company Brand teams and their respective agencies to offer our suite of custom strategic communications solutions leveraging our network and proven programs

?      Deliver agency and client proposals, responding to RFP?s and RFI?s.

?      Deliver sales revenue targets annually through business development with key accounts and brands

?      Develop overall business relationships and develop contracts, marketing opportunities and sales strategies

?      Cultivate and maintain key relationships and develop and implement strategies to organically grow current accounts and leverage those accounts into sales opportunities

?      Coordinate with pharma brand and analytics teams and internal market research teams to provide ROI analysis as core programs

?      Manage the entire sales process both internally and externally. Work with all internal teams to create transparency and teamwork to achieve goals

Requirements:

?      Bachelor?s Degreerequired

?      10+ years of experiencepreferred building relationships at the brand level and leveraging those relationships into new sales

?      Immediate contacts with existing solid relationships at various pharma companies

?      Exceptional service delivery to the delight of the client

?      Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written

?      Strong account management experience and record of achievement

?      Proven project management skills

$120K - $150K
$120K - $150K base, All benefits- no cap on commission bonus
