Accountable for the demand across all market segments for OHANA Hotels by Outrigger. Responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive internal and external sales & marketing strategy for OHANA hotels and related plans to maximize market share, revenue, and occupancy growth while upholding the established mission and values. Specific responsibilities including marketing development, customer service and retention, market and business research and planning, strategic direction for promotion and advertising, public relations and community and industry relations. Interact with both internal and external customers to achieve brand clarity, operation consistency, and product uniformity. Work with Revenue Management, Corporate Sales, Marketing and Business Development to ensure Rate & Occupancy goals are met.
Must have five or more years previous sales and marketing management experience within the Travel Industry. Bachelors' degree or equivalent work experience required.
