The Property:

This exceptional Residence Inn by Marriott New Orleans St. Charles Ave property is scheduled to open late Summer 2019. This custom-built hotel is a 19- stories, 238 full suite extended stay property located in the Central Business District of New Orleans. This future award-winning property will be the first high-rise new construction hotel in over a decade. Director of Sales Job Responsibilities:


  • Play a key role in the development of new business.
  • Use extensive market knowledge to create sales strategies, and to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the strategies.
  • Ability to manage a team by coaching, mentoring and providing feedback.
  • Networking within the local business community.
  • Driving overall sales
