General Description

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Director of Sales, with proven closing skills to own the sales process for IMT's products and services for the U.S. Eastern region. The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading, managing, and driving IMT's sales from initial customer contact through revenue generation. This position reports to the VP of Worldwide Sales.

Detailed Job Duties

  • Experience in managing a large number of customers concurrently
  • Proven experience in sales or business development with a track record of closing complex deals
  • Technical background to understand IMT's products and services and to communicate the value propositions and competitive advantages of IMT versus alternatives
  • Understanding of the semiconductor industry process technology and product development
  • MEMS experience is highly desirable but not mandatory
  • Experience selling custom semiconductor products, ASICs, or design services is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Eligible to work in the USA
  • Available to travel 25%

Work Experience, Education, and Physical Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
