The company works with employers from 1000 employees to the Fortune 1000 to reduce their health care costs. They provide companies with services and technology to increase employee engagement on their health care benefits and streamline the compliance process. Company is an industry leader in employment engagement, health care transparency and compliance for Fortune 1000 employers. The customers experience significant ROI on their benefits investments through increased employee participation, management of ERISA and ACA regulations, and reduced cost through efficient, streamlined benefits plan management technology.
The Company would like to meet with individuals that come from one of the following companies plus anyone else who is currently calling on Insurance Brokers in the territory (Southeast US - FL, GA, AL, MS, LA)
The Sales Director strategically leads the sales efforts across an assigned region forging relationships with carrier reps, account brokers and large employer accounts. This individual develops and expands executive level relationships with HR, VP and C-level Executives, and sells the company services and platform. He/she focuses on select high-profile prospects and expects to close a minimum of 5 and up to 10 sales per year. This individual has a home-based office and prior experience selling from a remote location.
Base Salary: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 (DOE)
On-Target-Earnings: $300,000.00 - $330,000.00
