The Company would like to meet with individuals that come from one of the following companies plus anyone else who is currently calling on Insurance Brokers in the territory (Southeast US - FL, GA, AL, MS, LA)

Position Overview:

The Sales Director strategically leads the sales efforts across an assigned region forging relationships with carrier reps, account brokers and large employer accounts. This individual develops and expands executive level relationships with HR, VP and C-level Executives, and sells the company services and platform. He/she focuses on select high-profile prospects and expects to close a minimum of 5 and up to 10 sales per year. This individual has a home-based office and prior experience selling from a remote location.


  • Cultivate relationships with and sell to named accounts/prospects having 2,000 to 100,000 employees.
  • Maintain and provide leading industry and market expertise.
  • Use progressive, relevant practices and technology to drive prospect interest and activity.
  • Sell direct to Prospects along with large account brokers and carrier reps; as well as HR, VP and C-level Executives.
  • Independently create, drive and manage prospect contact strategies, action plans and goals. Work collaboratively with inside sales team to implement strategies.
  • Attend and prepare to lead prospect meetings.
  • Cultivate and manage prospect pipeline.
  • Report weekly pipeline activity and results to supervisor.
  • Work professionally and collaboratively with all company team members; including VP’s, Marketing & Communications and Inside Sales.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close million-dollar agreements.


  • Bachelor’s degree and 6years of related experience OR a minimum of 10 years of related professional experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and
  • Position requires strong organizational skills, high sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task & meet deadlines.
  • Must be respectful, enthusiastic and have a strong desire to work and help others.
  • Must be great relationship builder – often includes lots of entertainment, ball games, dinners, after work events, etc.

Base Salary: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 (DOE)

On-Target-Earnings: $300,000.00 - $330,000.00
