They are a direct store delivery merchandiser, operating in 30+ states across the United States
A leading 100+ year old Distributor.
Your Role with the Company:
? Supervises assigned Sales Representatives and Merchandisers
? Directs the implementation of sales plans and salespromotions to ensure the achievement of assigned sales and merchandising goals.
? Conducts field training and instructs Sales Representatives and Merchandisers in applications of selling aids.
? Identify opportunities for development, training, and performance improvement requirements
? Lead Sales Representatives and Merchandisers to ensure maximum sales/profits from assigned accounts. Coach, direct, and counsel Sales Representatives and Merchandisers on overall performance.
?Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience
?3+ years of experienceworking with C-Stores
? Outside sales rep Managerial experience
