The Director is responsible for all Software sales in the 5 state, western territory. He/ she is responsible for both new sales and renewal sales into existing accounts.
The director will have a minimum of 5years salesexperience selling software preferably into the engineering teams of high-tech companies. Formal sales training is a definite plus. The selected candidate will have a demonstrable track record of sales achievement. He or she will be very high-energy, knowledgeable of the procurement process in major, fortune 500 and start-up companies.
The selected candidate will be very curious and outgoing, be passionate about excellence and consistent goal attainment. A background in mechanicalengineering is desirable, but not required. Excellent presentation, probing skills are required as is a working knowledge of SFDC and Microsoft office.
A Bachelor?s degree in business, or marketing is required.
Base compensation is greater that $100,000. On target earnings exceed $250,000.
