**MUST have Die Casting Sales Experience**
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
-Responsible for managing the quoting and developing of new business within the Aluminum Market.
- Utilize a high level of technical knowledge and experience in aluminum die casting so as to monitor, assess and make necessary improvements to various functional areas to achieve plant objectives.
-Responsible for managing direct reports and working with other team members to achieve annual and long term objectives
-Responsible for numerous reporting activities including call reports, forecasting, monthly/annual sales report/forecast, and marketing plan (includes preparing goals and objectives, customer and industry analysis, and budgeting)
-Responsible for monitoring margins on new and potential business.
-Regular sales calls to customers across broad range of departmental functions including purchasing, product engineering and senior management.
-Assist in the analysis of capital investments, mergers and acquisitions of aluminum opportunities in the U.S. and internationally.
-Interacts with program manager to ensure flawless, on-time PPAP and product launch. Including assisting the program manager in the following:
o Attend product launch meetings at the customer and foundry as needed
o Clarify and obtain all necessary information and specifications for smooth part launch and ramp-up.
o Contract review of all new and revised purchase orders.
