Our direct client with their US Headquarters in Atlanta, GA are looking for a Director of Sales with brewing, beverage, or dairy equipment sales experience. Familiar with beer, SCD, juice, milk processing, and packaging equipment marketing. Organize and lead a sales team to sell brewing, beverage, and dairy equipment in North American market, for a Chinese based company.

Responsibilities:

  • Directs an organization's channel sales policies, objectives, and initiatives
  • Sets short- and long-term channel sales strategies and evaluates effectiveness
  • Recommends product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential
  • Manages a departmental sub-function within a broader department
  • Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure
  • Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.

Must Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of managerial experience in brewing, beverage, or dairy equipment manufacturing and sales companies
  • Bachelor?s Degree or higher.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and Reports to top management.
