Our direct client with their US Headquarters in Atlanta, GA are looking for a Director of Sales with brewing, beverage, or dairy equipment sales experience. Familiar with beer, SCD, juice, milk processing, and packaging equipment marketing. Organize and lead a sales team to sell brewing, beverage, and dairy equipment in North American market, for a Chinese based company.
- Directs an organization's channel sales policies, objectives, and initiatives
- Sets short- and long-term channel sales strategies and evaluates effectiveness
- Recommends product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential
- Manages a departmental sub-function within a broader department
- Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure
- Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.
Must Have Skills:
- 5+ years of managerial experience in brewing, beverage, or dairy equipment manufacturing and sales companies
- Bachelor?s Degree or higher.
- Communicate effectively with customers and Reports to top management.
