Aerotek Aviation is currently looking to hire an energetic, dynamic and intuitive individual for a Director of Sales Account Management position for a International Aviation & Aerospace MRO company which provides products and services to the Aerospace & Defense Industry world wide.
This company specializing in innovative commercial, defense, OEM and MRO solutions that provide design, development, and manufacturing service in two main areas:Thermal Management Solutions Power & Actuation Services
Among the Company's customers are some of the largest airlines in the world, leading aircraft manufacturers, OEM providers, air forces and defense organizations around the globe.
The Director of Sales and Accounts Management will establish long & short-term Strategic relationships with the company's customers and lead the sales process to successful delivery. Will Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers to develop new business from existing customers and actively seek new sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction and executing the companies proactive account management policy. The position is responsible for
researching market trends, promoting companies' products and services, and advise potential and existing customers on company capabilities. In
addition, he/she is responsible for collaborating with production and engineering department in the development of new capabilities for the company at large.
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 (based on experience)

Bonus Structure: Up to 50% of base salary annually based on sales goals.
Relocation Benefits: Yes, on a case by case basis
Additional Information: This position will require global travel to different markets in both the continental United States, Europe, Asia and Africa. While the position will be based in the greater Charlotte, NC area, candidates should be prepared to travel 50% - 70% of the time.
