Director of SaaS Software Sales - Southwest territory

My healthcare software client looking for a Director of Enterprise Sales to sell to long-term care home chains of 8-35 homes in the Southwestern US.

They offer solutions to help homes stay in compliance with strict staffing requirements in one of the fastest growing segments of healthcare - the long-term care and senior living space. It's the ongoing problem with finding, hiring, scheduling and retaining the workforce in that space that is the problem they solve... and they do it very well.

Your skills and experience:

  • 8+ years experience in SaaS software sales required
  • 8+ Healthcare experience required
  • LTC or PAC preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to sell and displace existing software vendors
  • Solid hunter/gatherer skills with strong desire to win
  • Experienced with process driven sales methodology
  • Working remote experience with ability to travel 50%+ required

Comp:

  • Comp is $80K-$110K+ base and $180K-$210K+ OTE
  • Solid benefits completely paid... even family
  • Potential for equity participation as well
