Responsible for balancing the financial objectives of different lodging products to maximize total revenues and profit. Accountable for providing strategic guidance on pricing, positioning and inventory management for all condos. Develops and recommends sales strategy for pricing of the transient customer, wholesale, and group segments. Identifies new revenue opportunities and effectively communicates sales strategy and pricing to all key stakeholders. Maintains productive relationships with stakeholders, including hotel general managers, sales leaders, franchisees and owners. Directly responsible for business performance analysis, reporting, strategic business planning, budgeting and forecasting on a group level. Takes the lead in learning and development of the HVC revenue teams and general managers with regards to revenue management. Implement at condo level of corporate initiatives within the revenue and distribution framework.
Minimum three (3) years of revenue management experience, preferably in the hospitality industry or related service industry with proven experience and significant understanding in distribution, pricing, marketing, administrative and business processes, forecasting and budgeting required. Minimum one (1) yearexperience in multi-property environment.
