We are seeking a Director, Revenue Cycle Operational Effectiveness and Technical Services to:
Minimum - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area such as Business, Healthcare Administration or a related field.
Preferred - Master’s degree in a relevant subject area such as Business, Healthcare Administration or a related field.
Minimum - Five (5) years of relevant experience in a health care business setting and at least three (3) years of experience in a related leadership role.
Preferred - Eight years of management or consulting experience in a medical group practice or hospital revenue cycle for a large, complex health care environment including experience in an academic medical center.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Sedentary: Ability to lift up to 10 pounds maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers and small tools. Although a sedentary job is defined as one, which involves sitting, a certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and other sedentary criteria are met.
This full time, 40 hours per week, position will have shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Other hours will berequired to meet operational needs.
