On this critical leadership role, the CX Renewals Transformation RTM Director defines and owns key route-to-market initiatives that accelerates success of CX Renewals organization, measured by improving on-time renewal rate (OTRR) of recurring revenue and growth of annualized recurring revenue (ARR) across all customers and partners.
As an individual, you will perform as trusted business advisor with a 360o view of the business, build and maintain deep partner connections and act with bias for execution. You have a strong experience on subscription/XaaS business strategy specially around contract renewals, partner programs, customer success and end-to-end digital engagement.
You will work with a team of business operations professionals on ground-breaking route-to-market initiatives to accelerate and increase renewals, paving the road to build the best-in-class renewals organization with a highly automated experience for our Customers, Partners and internal Stakeholders.
This role resides in CX Strategy, Partner and Operations organization which enables Cisco’s fastest growing teams to deliver profitable growth throughout the Customer Lifecycle with a series of selling motions to drive higher value and an efficient experience from Cisco solutions.
You lead cross-functional engagements across CX, Sales, Partners, Finance and Operations to prioritize key business initiatives, change management, strategy implementation and execution. You partner closely with the team driving Renewals transformation as well as with the Renewals Operations team to ensure tight alignment.
