JOB SUMMARY: The Director of Quality and Compliance will be responsible for coordination of Avera@Home overall Quality Improvement and Compliance Programs.  This will include quality, risk, safety, infection control, and corporate compliance for Home Health and Hospice. 



  • Bachelors in health care related field; or 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Masters preferred.



  • Integrated Care Management Model Certification is preferred.
  • This position requires a valid driver's license and that the employee is insurable by the Avera Health automobile liability insurance carrier.
