Job Summary: Assumes the role as the leader in planning directing and managing the PT Rehab and OT Rehab departments. The Director is responsible for meeting all regulatory agency requirements, complying with corporate policy and procedures, managing the therapy departments, promoting teamwork with physicians and all healthcare providers, promoting internal and external customer satisfaction and appropriate resource management. Follows policies and procedures of West Florida Hospital. Participates in the Quality Improvement process and adheres to WFH standards of behavior. Experience: A minimum of five (5) years supervisory experience in an acute Rehabilitation setting required.
