Program Management and Delivery. Interface with a cross-functional team comprised of Account, Creative, Tech, Strategy and UX. The ideal candidate can perform well under pressure, adhere to deadlines, manage multiple projects and bring energy and creativity to work each day. The Program Manager will produce digitalcampaigns from conception to launch, including banners, websites and social content.
Scoping & Pricing. Work across disciplines to assist in matching agency capacity & talent to client needs and staff plans. Maintain agency rate cards and lead scoping and pricing for both retainer and project engagements.
Resource and Capacity Management. Work with Production, Account and Creative leadership to manage team assignments across the agency, helping to ensure the availability of skills and people for the right projects at the right time. Maintain agency-wide capacity management documentation and portfolio allocation rollup and work with executive team and discipline leads to provide information for and assist with staffingforecasting and hiring needs.
Work with Finance, Accounting and Content Producers to source and fine tune performance data across operations and finance. Synthesize data to create agency health intelligence and reporting. Assist in evaluation of key performance areas (burn, billability, account profitability, etc.)
SOW Management & Reconciliation. Validate/reconcile hourly reporting against scoped allocations for each account on a monthly basis to assess burn. Coordinate costevaluations and timesheet compliance, accuracy and reporting. Identify financialrisks and mitigations with finance and executive team.
Freelance & Vendor Management. Maintain and continually build roster of vendor and freelance partners along with creative and production. Assist in identifying partners for needs, coordinate availabilities and contracting, onboard and off board partners, and coordinate payment with finance, using existing processes. Manage contracts and payment with third party tool and specialty (non-IT) vendors and associations. Maintain and manage agency freelancebudget with executive team oversight.
Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Project Management
8-10 years’ experience in Advertising Agency in an operations or project management role.
