Job Description

 To strategically increase marketshare through direct sales to and relationship development with providers andother referral sources in the primary and secondary markets. The PHR Representative manages the relationship with targeted providers andother referral sources by way of consistent communication to identify needs and promote services. The PHR Representative is the owner of issue resolution and follow-up. The PHR Representative uses data to direct efforts and supports the organizationalstrategic initiatives. The PHR Representative isresponsible for identifying growth opportunities, provider satisfaction, and must support all organizational providerretention and alignment strategies. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Relationship Management: Serves as the face of organization with ongoing communication to providers andother referral sources to maintain and grow relationship; thereby, ensuring practitionerretention and loyalty. Manage and strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction levels are met by interfacing on a monthly basis or more frequently as needed. • Planning/Targeting: Accountable for development of provider-specific strategic plans that align with organizational objectives as well as ongoing monitoring of plan with adjustments made as necessary. Annual review of plan performance and retargeting of providers. • Execution: Direct calls on targeted referral sources to identify needs and promote service lines issues with timely follow-up. Work collaboratively with department directors and extended team members related to provider objectives and issue resolution. • Growth andRetention:Responsible for identifying opportunities for referral growth, selling, and business development. Identify opportunities to improveretentionof high quality providers. .

Job Requirements


Undergraduatedegree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience 3 years healthcareexperience, with healthcare sales experiencepreferred. Strong project management skills. Proven written and verbal communication and presentation skills. PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proven ability to analyze and interpret data. Negotiation and leadership skills. Knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital service lines. Ability to drive results through leveraging effective influence and relationship skills. Proven ability to be highly organized and demonstrate time management.
