The Package Manager Director of Product Management is a transformational guide on market and customer needs, translating them first into strategies and then into prioritized product requirements. The Package Manager Director of Product Management works closely with UX, product development, and product marketing to ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap within a fast paced agile product lifecycle. The Package Manager Director of Product Management is also responsible for monitoring competition and evaluating our products positioning in the market.

As a Product Manager for the Salesforce Package Manager, you'll be in charge of building new features for Package Manager that help our customers more efficiently transfer their Marketing Cloud Engagement assets between environment. You will run our Industries Solutions program, which offers out-of-the-box, industry-specific, best standard process campaign templates to customers through the Package Manger UI. You will be responsible for sourcing these packages from our internal services teams, and from ISV partners. You will also be responsible for for evolving Package Manager into a cross-cloud migration assistant.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $210,800 to $305,600.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
