As a Director of Product Management at Campaign Monitor, you'll be responsible for leading a product line and a team ofpassionate product managers and product designers who will look to you for mentoring, while enabling them to be successful and ensuring they have a clear focus and strategic direction. You will ensure the team operates efficiently, adhering to best product management processes & practices and enable them to make ROI-based decisions that maximize tactical and strategic business outcomes.

You will be required to have the right tools in place to frequently report on your team's progress and always tie back to theimpact on overarching KPIs and strategy. Furthermore, you should understand & analyze market/competitive dynamics in order toensure we are always ahead of the curve and positioned for success.

You will need to instill a culture of empowerment, accountability and adaptability, making sure the team remains focused through periods of change or ambiguity due to dynamically shifting priorities. Demonstrating superior analytical decision making and commercial aptitude, you will be accountable for the broader team's investment efficiency, as well as quality and timeliness ofdeliverables.

You must be able to build and foster close relationships with non-collocated stakeholders across the business and all the internalpartners that contribute to your team's success. The company's global presence requires someone who feels at home in a distributed environment, where effective communication is a "make or break".


  • 5+ years experience leading product teams and delivering highly successful and innovative digital consumer products that maximize business outcomes
  • Extensive experience caring for, building, mentoring and developing highly collaborative teams that aspire to exceed expectations and achieve great results
  • Significant experience in product development, investment prioritization, product design and product marketing
  • Data driven; Proven experience utilizing metrics & insight as the most powerful tools for informed ROI-driven decision-making
  • Comfortable moving with a sense of urgency, but sensitive enough to give people space/comfort to add suggestions and take them along on the journey
  • Experience coaching your team on how to experiment and interpret both quantitative and qualitative data to shape and enable product direction
  • Advanced knowledge and practical application of Lean and Agile principles, as well as Hypothesis Driven Development
  • Email marketing experience & familiarity with any of the following tools is a plus: Aha!, Amplitude, Pendo, Intercom, Appcues JIRA
