This opportunity will provide close interaction with senior leaders and founders. Our founders are alums of the Cornell Hotel School, Columbia University, and The University of Pennsylvania- Wharton. They have previously built software companies, and have worked at firms such as Bain & Company, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts.

This role is for someone who is a maker and doer first. If you're looking to spending most of your time managing, this role is not for you.

First and foremost, you'll be responsible for all aspects of product management. You'll be working closely with the founders to carry the product vision forward into tangible work-streams, build clear product requirement documents, working with the engineering leads daily/weekly on sprint planning, filling the gaps on areas like QA and finally close the loop with customer and qualitative and quantitative user feedback.

Second, we're specifically looking for someone that has a design background to fill this product role. Design is function where we lack experience as a team and we think its important for our product role to have this background.

This role is best suited for candidates with meaningful saas product experience who have an entrepreneurial mindset and experience working fast-paced, ambitious teams.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with founders to align on product roadmap
Build PRDs for new products and features
Work with engineer team leads on weekly sprint planning
Collaborate daily with engineering team
Deliver high fidelity designs to engineering team
Own the feedback loop from customer and users, including analytics and qualitative feedback
