What You Will Do
As an Associate with St John Health System, you will have the opportunity to leadmedical group revenue cycle operational performance and electronic health record (EHR) optimization within the assigned market.
Leads medical group to achieve revenue cycle metrics and quality performance. Identifies barriers and facilitates resolutions.
Maintains the ongoing optimization of the medical group practice management applications that support revenue cycle performance.
Partners with operational leaders in the development, implementation and coordination of workflows, policies, procedures and guidelines. Maintains the ongoing optimization of EHR functionalities, other clinical applications and workflows that support clinical practice standards, quality and regulatory requirements.
Works collaboratively with stakeholders to facilitate performance outcomes throughout the national network.
Supervises associates within the assigned market and those who support revenue service center operations.
What You Will Need
None Requiredobtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree,
Bachelor's degree required
Master's degree preferred.
5 years of experience required. 10 years of experience preferred.
2 years of leadership or management experience required. 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Preferred experience with revenue cycle or clinical informatics.
Prefer virtual/Telehealthmedicine leadership experience
