10+ years' experience required in delivering enterprise scale solutions in support of on-line, secure, scalable, resilient software as a service and data as a service delivery required. =
7+ years of leading, inspiring, and growing talented Software Engineering and Operations teams.
Direct engineering background working on payment systems – leadership in creating low latency, high-capacity digital delivery of enterprise payment systems.
Show evidence of ongoing thought leadership and innovation in the payments and fraud system space.
Extensive experience handling use cases for a global enterprise organization supporting multiple business units/business models within a single in-house commerce system – subscription services, streaming services, etc.
Experience leading teams in researching new and emerging technologies to realize potential value, business fit, operations, and cost efficiencies of implementing such technologies is necessary.
Extensive experience with agile development methodologies and processes required
