ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS


The Director of Philanthropy Enrichment advances the fundraising results of the Conservancy's state and country programs around the world, providing them with strategies, plans, tactics, tools and active skill-building needed to achieve fundraising success in their respective philanthropic markets. They advance this work through management and leadership of the Development Field Initiatives department and through the development and implementation of a strategic, integrated, and collaborative approach across the organization, including planning internal communications.

The Director will excel in influencing key decision makers across the organization and will work with senior leaders to ensure alignment of fundraising and organizational goals.
