  • Motivate, mentor, and develop the existing team and develop a long-term plan for team structure and growth
  • Oversee all aspects of the paid and performance marketing aspects of the Nike consumer journey in North America, including awareness, consideration, and acquisition
  • Demonstrated experience of developing data-driven media strategies and tactics that drive positive ROI
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns designed to meet business objectives and achieve seasonal and 360-degree communication strategies
  • Partner with integrated knowledge, global consumer insights, and finance on all campaign analyses, which includes response tracking and campaignreporting
  • Lead the team in annual and quarterly planning, keeping track of the budget, and reporting on marketing initiatives’ performance, with a focus on ROI & revenue growth
  • Embrace knowledge of all changing media marketplace
  • Promote continual creative improvement and lead programs to expected ROI with an understanding of cost of acquisition, retention and lifetime value
  • Present and sell through key findings and future plans to Senior internal stakeholders


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline
  • 6+ years in roles of increasing responsibility in digital marketing for an e-commerce company, preferably in a retail
  • 3+ years management experience
  • Experience of working cross-functionally in a matrix organization.
  • Outstanding leadership and coaching skills to lead functional teams, large cross-functional projects portfolio
  • Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to senior leadership
  • A desire to be a part of a fast-paced, high energy, skilled team of marketers that have a passion for sport and culture and creating meaningful connections between consumers and the Nike brand
