Afiniti is a rapidly growing applied artificial intelligence company looking to add a GTM lead based in New York. The role provides an opportunity to work closely with Afiniti senior management and partner executives. The successful candidate will play a key role in structuring and executing go-to-market strategy for new products that are of critical strategic importance to the business.

Afiniti was founded in 2006 by founder and CEO, Zia Chishti. Zia is a successful serial entrepreneur, having previously founded and IPO’d Align Technologies (Invisalign product) and a number of other private and public companies under the umbrella of a mid-sized private equity firm called TRG. Technology and Clients
Afiniti is one of the first companies to utilize applied artificial intelligence to improve profits for large enterprise. Our self-teaching algorithms analyze massive quantities of data to predict behavior and create optimized, real-time pairings. We currently focus on solutions for contact centers, matching callers with customer care agents. Afiniti is the only company offering this two-way matching technology.
Afiniti works with some of the largest enterprises across the world. Clients include AT&T, T-Mobile, Liberty Mutual, Sky UK, Vodafone, Caesars Entertainment, and British Gas. ROLE DESCRIPTION
Afiniti is looking to add a GTM lead for new products in NY. The successful candidate will work closely with senior Afiniti management and executives at partner companies.
Objectives and Responsibilities
The successful candidate is responsible for leading and developing a strategic GTM plan for new products.
Provide technical feature and solution leadership to account teams to articulate value propositions and architect solutions. Work back into and through R&D to prioritize future changes and product roadmap. Work across senior leadership to map out an approach for future product definition and solutions. Creates appropriate infrastructure to support partner delivery of demos, trials, and proof-of-concept. Leads knowledge transfer sessions to educate customers and partners with the latest technical, industry, and product knowledge. Regularly presents at internal, customer or partner seminars.
The role requires the ability to build relationships and influence across eco-system partners that grows the partner and channel mind-share.
Location, Travel and Compensation
The role is based in our NY office. Regular trips to Afiniti’s Washington DC Headquarter and occasional travel within the US and overseas is required. Afiniti compensation is highly competitive and includes bonus payments and/or stock options.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
The candidate must be comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment in a rapidly growing company. They must be a self-starter able to drive business without exact day-to-day instructions. They must be able to deal with ambiguity. The role requires demonstrated ability to drive results and posses strong interpersonal skills. Comfort dealing and negotiating with senior executives is helpful. Knowledge of contact center technology is a plus.
