Directs, administers, and coordinates the activities of the organization in support of policies, goals, and objectives established by the chief executive officer and the Board of Directors by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers.


Guides and directs division and program management in the development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization's products and services.


Works with division management and SBU President to identify and cultivate strategic accounts/new business.


Directs the preparation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets based on broad corporate goals and growth objectives and has overall responsibility to oversee divisional profit and loss.


Implements programs as directed to meet corporate goals and objectives.


Assists Business Development and Contracts to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction among the Company’s external clients.


Creates the structure and processes necessary to manage the organization's current activities and its projected growth.


Maintains a sound plan of corporate organization, establishing policies to ensure adequate management development and to provide for capable management succession.


Develops and installs procedures and controls to promote communication and adequate information flow within the organization.


Establishes operating policies consistent with the president's broad policies and objectives and ensures their execution.


Evaluates the results of overall operations regularly and systematically and reports these results to the president.


Responsible for monitoring and ensuring that divisions are operating in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.


Ensures that the responsibilities, authorities, and accountability of all direct subordinates are defined and understood.


Ensures that all organization activities and operations are carried out in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations and the workforce.


Ensures that environmental, health and safety standards meet or exceed acceptable criteria in accordance with Company policies.


Works with SBU President and COO to identify and capture new Commercial business and deliver to expected budgets


Responsible for overseeing all Project Manager and site leads for implementing projects to the customers satisfaction and assist on all project issues that arise from time to time. Potential need to engage w/ customers on project issues and help identify resolution.


Ensure all projects deliverables are submitted timely and accurately.


Review and Support utilization reviews to ensure we are maximizing our employees on direct charge when possible and minimize overhead charges or other similar indirect charge numbers.


Support all Corporate requests for strategic planning, business planning, etc as required and presentations for monthly reviews.




Master's degree plus three years’ experience, or Bachelor's degree plus eight years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
