G6 Hospitality is seeking a DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS to support the company as it continues to grow and expand its footprint in California. The ideal person is an established leader who will help transform vision into reality by providing direction and development to support G6 Hospitality’s massive growth and evolution. The primary focus of the Director of Operations is to ensure and equip our property management team to deliver consistent quality and a great guest experience. In addition, they must be able to accomplish company profit goals as well as help our property management and team members be successful in building their capabilities and community network.

The Director of Operations is also responsible for providing guidance, support and service of a determined amount of franchise locations by fostering relationships with franchise partners so they are operationally successful.

This is an immediate full-time position.


This Director of Operations will support multiple properties across a territory spanning throughout The Bay area of California

What You Will Be Doing for Company Owned Properties 

  • Lead and manage a team by training, developing, and coaching team members on a consistent basis.
  • Create and foster a guest service culture throughout the region ensuring that all properties present a courteous and knowledgeable staff as well as clean and comfortable rooms to our guests through coaching and modeling the behavior.
  • Manage all facets of employment for motel and relief management.
  • Assure the achievement of property manager responsibilities by providing guidance, mentoring, coaching, development and feedback to general managers
  • Create an environment which gives general managers and teams responsibility/authority to achieve goals and manage completion of those goals
  • Safeguard all Motel 6 / Studio 6 assets
  • Ensure a positive image with communities where properties are located and provide oversight on safety and security programs
  • Support your team by stepping in to perform any task that is asked of the property team with a willing and servant attitude.
