  • 10 years of related work experience in media organization; digital/social media preferred
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication
  • Expert synthesizer of detail and information for executive level summarization
  • Passion for emerging media trends and technology, especially within digital/social media or OTT content distribution
  • Track record of demonstrating strong judgment and prioritization capabilities, grounded by solid business logic
  • Comfort and fluency in digital/social data and metrics
  • Experience leading and directing teams as well as meetings with participants of varying levels
  • Able to thrive in a rapid-paced, deadline-committed environment while remaining organized and steadfast in details amid real-time change
  • Highly influential and persuasive thinker with strong interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA, a plus
  • Editorial experience, a plus.
