- Quality Assurance & Process Innovation - Lead the adoption of advanced quality control systems and continuously improve production methods.

- Performance Monitoring & Reporting - Track key metrics to assess and improve production efficiency.
- Safety & Compliance Leadership - Maintain the highest safety standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications:
- Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
