Core Responsibilities:
  • Production Strategy & Scheduling - Develop and manage production timelines to maximize operational efficiency while ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Resource Management - Ensure the optimal use of staff, machinery, and materials to streamline production processes.
  • Quality Assurance & Process Innovation - Lead the adoption of advanced quality control systems and continuously improve production methods.
  • Cost & Financial Oversight - Evaluate operational expenses, identify areas for cost savings, and ensure efficient financial management.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting - Track key metrics to assess and improve production efficiency.
  • Safety & Compliance Leadership - Maintain the highest safety standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Supplier & Vendor Relations - Collaborate with suppliers to secure high-quality materials at competitive prices.
  • Team Leadership & Development - Inspire, train, and manage a team dedicated to operational excellence.
  • Strategic Insight & Reporting - Provide management with data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

What We're Looking For:
  • Extensive Manufacturing Knowledge - In-depth understanding of production workflows, lean manufacturing practices, and quality control systems.
  • Proven Leadership - Experience in leading teams, driving results, and creating a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills - The ability to assess performance, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.
  • Project Management Experience - Expertise in managing large-scale projects and initiatives from start to finish.
  • Financial Acumen - Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis in an operational context.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills - Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with teams, leadership, and suppliers.

Qualifications:
  • Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Required Experience: 10+ years in a leadership role within manufacturing operations.
