This is a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned skilled professional whose goal is to improve the lives of others and exceed all expectations. The Director of Nursing Services’ primary responsibilities include planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of our Nursing Service Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulatory guidelines and regulations and clinical standards of care that govern our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator and the Medical Director, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse with an active, unencumbered current state license
• Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Director of Nursing
• Exemplary clinical acumen and execution of standards of practice
• Exceptional command of local, state, and federal regulations
• Unwavering professionalism
• Ability to respond calmly and professionally in challenging environments or situations
• Effective computer skills
• Extraordinary interpersonal and leadership skills
• Powerful desire to improve the lives of others
• Familiarity with Point Click Care is a plus
• BSN preferred.
