We are hiring a Director of New Product Management within our New Platform and Product team. If you enjoy creating and building things from the ground floor, you will enjoy working on this team. The Director of New Product Management will oversee a team of product managers and work closely with UX designer, researchers, and SW engineers with the following

key responsibilities:

• Build next generation television product category • Own the future of television service product roadmap. Product definition, value proposition, uses cases, etc. • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation/concept to the implementation/execution of the product with other cross functional teams • Understanding of consumer facing television services- ideation of how to extend TV beyond a simple media product • Collaborate with the in-house software engineering and design/UXI teams on key architectural decisions


Necessary Skills / Attributes

Requirements:

• 15+ years of relevant product experience • Bachelor’s degree required • Proven experience in developing consumer facing television services • Proven experience in media/streaming media or entertainment • Must be a creative strategist and a quick, dynamic thinker with sheer love for developing disruptive products • Ability to solve complex problems in a fast-moving environment • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional & matrixed relationships • Strong analytical skills and strategic insight to build business cases for growth • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, ambiguous and cross-cultural environment • Think and build products like a startup - only inside a big company
