We are hiring a Director of New Platform Management within our New Platform and Product team. If you enjoy creating and building things from the ground floor, you will enjoy working on this team. The Director of New Platform Management will oversee a team of product managers and work closely with UX designer, researchers, and SW engineers with the following

key responsibilities:

• Build software services platform for television product category • Own the future of television service platform product roadmap. Product definition, value proposition, uses cases, etc. • Manage the product lifecycle from defining the future of TV platform to execution within the TV group • Understanding of consumer facing television services- ideation of how to build a TV platform that could support both internal and external software services • Collaborate with the in-house software engineering and design/UXI teams on key architectural decisions


Necessary Skills / Attributes

• 15+ years of relevant product experience building out software services platform • Bachelor’s degree required • Proven experience in developing large software platform services • Proven experience in media/streaming media or entertainment • Must be a creative strategist and a quick, dynamic thinker with sheer love for developing disruptive products • Ability to solve complex problems and understand how to implement 3rd party services • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional & matrixed relationships • Strong strategic insight on how to build a media and software services platform • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, ambiguous and cross-cultural environment • Think and build products like a startup - only inside a big company
