Your role as Director of Marketing Operations will play a key part in the company’s growth strategy. It’s a high-impact role, as you help the marketing team scale with data, analytics, and technology, and help grow Apollo Graph’s brand and pipeline.
As a founding member of this team, your impact will be felt for a long time to come.
What You'll Do
Develop and lead the strategy and execution for a high performing marketing operations function
Establish and maintain scalable processes for campaigns and lead management
Build and evolve our web tracking and web analytics strategy. Define best practices for analyzing online user behavior, configuring web analytics technology, integrating marketing campaign results, and interpreting the data in actionable ways
Lead the development of a nimble martech stack that manages leads lifecycle (including leads enrichment, scoring, and nurture) and creates the foundation for sophisticated multi-touch marketing attribution
Own the company’s Marketo instance, partnering closely with Sales to align processes as well as optimizing lead management, routing, SLAs, and handoffs to AEs
Own the data quality within the marketing database, as well as our compliance with data protection and consumer privacy regulations
Build and manage marketing dashboards providing insights across audience reach, funnel conversion rates, and ROI
Enable and drive change management as new tools and systems are launched and operationalized
Build the future vision for a scalable martech stack and partner with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to make it happen!
You’ve got experience across a few Marketing Operations roles, ideally in a B2B/SaaS company with scale, and love to share your learnings and experiences with the team
You’ve had experience designing an innovative marketing technology stack
You’ve got a passion for integrating and scaling marketing tools: Marketing automation (ex: Marketo), website analytics (ex: Google Analytics), website testing and optimization (ex: Hotjar, Segment, SEMRush, A/B testing), analytics and reporting (ex: Tableau)
You love managing marketing dashboards, and can extract insights and take actions based on the data
You’ve got experience leading organizations through rapid growth
You have a positive, “rising tide lifts all boats” mentality and love to collaborate with others
You thrive in a startup environment, where you’re comfortable navigating competing priorities and managing ambiguity in a fast-paced setting
