  • CANDIDATE MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITHIN LEGAL SERVICES OR A LAW FIRMProven marketing leader with strong communications skills and a balance of creativity, pragmatism, and analytical skills
  • Extensive experience with brand marketing and true category design within the legal services industry.
  • Passionate about finding and translating data-backed insights into marketing strategies; extensive experience utilizing marketing automation tools
  • Excellent work ethic and follow-through; ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to the demands of a fast-growing, evolving brand
  • B.S./B.A. degreerequired in Business, Marketing, or related field of study
  • 10+ years' experience creating marketing strategies for sales enablement within the legal services industry. (familiar with Legal Tech, ALA and other industry related events)
  • Responsibilities:Deliver data-backed marketing insights to guide our overall marketing and sales strategies; utilize marketing automation tools
  • Communicate these data-driven insights via internal deliverables that are well-synthesized, well-presented, and actionable
  • Focus primarily on driving lead generation and sales enablement via marketing efforts
  • Work to rapidly build and expand our digital community via strategic content and product marketing efforts
  • Establish methodologies to first find and then incorporate data related to marketing; architect these methods from the ground up for both research and strategic insights
  • Establish quarterly goals and success metrics; create, deploy, and present quarterly reports to track these goals and metrics in an effort to support current marketing strategies and/or guide new decisions
  • Understand customer behaviors to identify weaker areas in our current sales pipeline and subsequently drive changes in marketing strategy
  • Work with content marketing to ensure the organization's messaging and branding is consistent across all product suites, marketing channels, and outreach platforms
  • Oversee marketing team hiring to drive product marketing, content marketing, and events
  • Create and implement a budget to accomplish the above outcomes; provide monthly reports on results as well as recommendations on re-allocation of our marketing spend to achieve higher conversion rates and lower MQL acquisition costs
