TITLE: Director, Marketing


Global Rescue is a worldwide provider of integrated medical, security, intelligence and crisis response services to enterprise, government, and consumer clients. Founded in 2004 Global Rescue's unique operational model provides best-in-class services that identify, monitor, and respond to threats and emergencies. Global Rescue has an exclusive relationship with Johns Hopkins Medicine and has provided medical, security, and evacuation support to clients during every globally significant crisis of the last decade, including: the Arab Spring; the Japanese tsunami; the Haitian earthquake; Georgia's invasion by Russia; and the Mumbai terrorist attacks. 


  • Lead, manage and continue to build the marketing team to maximize revenue growth in the company's consumer, channel partner, enterprise and government markets
  • Design, develop, and implement marketing programs to support sales and marketing objectives with a strong focus on digital marketing and long-tail strategies
  • Manage Global Rescue's public relations and corporate communications group to maximize media visibility, brand awareness and channel presence
  • Manage the creation of beautiful, compelling collateral, including websites, videos, brochures, tradeshow properties to maximize brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention
  • Capture and analyze all sales and marketing data; obsess over and translate technical data into actionable insights, sales and marketing goals and effective digitalcampaigns
  • Reduce CACs while simultaneously driving improvements in revenue growth rates


  • 10+ years of marketing experience with progressive responsibilities at both large and emerging growth companies. Experience managing digitalcampaigns, public relations, customer acquisition/retention
  • Deep understanding of the latest digital marketing tools/resources to quantify marketing spend ROIs and reduce CACs
  • MBA preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership skills. Passion for motivating and coaching others
  • Highly analytical and data-driven
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with communication, branding, web design, and social and print media best practices
  • Global/international experiencepreferred
  • Strong creative aptitude, including a keen eye for design and copywriting

Location: Lebanon, NH

Compensation: salary based on experience + bonus + benefits
