Responsibilities:

 

  • lead, build and implement strategic marketing plan
  • partner with product teams to develop marketing objectives and stories that drive the marketing dialog
  • manage and mentor the current marketing team with focus on building and aligning to corporate marketing goals
  • develop and lead all content creation and marketing programs in partnership with all internal and external stakeholders
  • leverage marketing based in data to drive results

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, M.B.A. preferred
  • minimum 8years of marketing leadership experience
  • strong strategic and hands-on marketer comfortable across all areas of the marketing mix to include managing and expanding product capabilities
  • must be adept a building, leading and driving high performing marketing teams
  • should be strong in all channels of marketing to include digital and acquisition marketing
  • best fit will be someone from a technology company to include software, Saas, marketing automation or digital marketing companies
  • should be an elite communicator who can define and create messaging based on research and feedback
  • should be comfortable or excited to work in a start-up, highly entrepreneurial environment where you can and will wear many hats to accomplish the company's goals.
