What You'll Do:

• Lead with Excellence: Supervise and inspire a team of maintenance professionals, setting high standards for performance and safety across our clinics.
• Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement maintenance strategies, schedules, and budgets to ensure the optimal condition of our facilities.
• Hands-On Management: Address and resolve maintenance issues promptly, from routine repairs to complex troubleshooting.
