Director of Key Accounts and Customer Development – Exponential Growth – Market Leading Railroad Services Provider
Our client is a dynamic Railroad Services provider that has been experiencing tremendous growth year over year as a result of their increased service offerings and emerging industry trends. To further accelerate an already solid growth record, our client is seeking a Director of Key Accounts and Customer Development to drive growth in both the engineering and support services offered with existing customers (Class 1 Railroads) while winning new business through new customer acquisition. This individual will have influence across all levels of the organization from the executive office to the field.
Our client requires an individual who has proven success in identifying new high-potential market opportunities that result in strategic partnerships and an expanded customer base for the company. Additionally, you will diligently maintain relationships with existing clientele, working closely with them to identify untapped opportunities that expand services provided in order to increase revenue. This multi-faceted role will require exceptional organizational skills, technical aptitude and top-drawer relationship building abilities. The Director of Key Accounts and Customer Development is a newly-created position within the organization and will offer an opportunity to collaborate closely with the Leadership Team, building out new strategies and capabilities to drive growth and expansion for the business.
Candidates of interest will have in-depth experienceworking with Class 1 Railroads particularly within the Maintenance of Way department. For the right candidate the option is available to work remotely. You may be required to spend time at the headquarters in the Dallas/Fort Worth area on a part-time basis from time to time.
