Manages a service organization that delivers the final step of our client's legendary red-carpet

service.

Client manages a network of third-party installers that services customers of retail, at-home and ecommerce businesses.

Client must successful manage internal and external relationships and drive performance metrics and exemplary customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

• Ten to fifteen years experience including: o Window or window covering covering or door or window installation or relevant experience

o Knowledge or experience in the retail, home improvement industry or home services industry

o Minimum three years experience training and managing people

• Very strong problem solving and follow-up skills

• Ability to identify root causes and solve issues with a high sense of urgency

• Excellent computer skills and comfortable with new smart-phone technologies

• Good customer service skills and team-building skills

• Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize and adjust to multiple demands and challenges

in fast-pace environment

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to communicate at all levels.

• Experience working independently, but also as part of a team Team player
