This role reports to the VP of North America and will have direct accountability for all areas of Human Resources for Sterling operations, including organizational development, leadership coaching, employee relations, employee engagement, performance management, and environmental, health & safety.
Lead, coach, develop and motivate to ensure a talented, service-driven and resourceful HR team that sets the tone for organizational values and culture.
Develop and implement processes / programs, related to employee communications, performance management, employee relations, compensation, employee engagement & retention, worker's compensation, and health & safety.
Strategic Thought Partner with the VP and functional leaders to develop business and organizational strategies; leverage knowledge of the business to develop programs to help drive a high performing organization.
