St. Francis Regional Medical Center, located in Shakopee, Minn., provides an array of patient care services, including The Family Birth Place, Breast Center, Cancer Center, pediatric care, rehabilitation and sports medicine, as well as a range of health education and support groups. With 798 employees, 459 physicians and 86 staffed beds, St. Francis provides a full range of inpatient, outpatient and emergency services to more than 115,000 patients each year on a collaborative medical campus with more than 30 other providers. This position provides leadership to Human Resources, Volunteer Services and Employee Health functions of St. Francis. Provides timely, accurate information to St. Francis Regional Medical Center, its Board, management, and joint sponsors. Educates the Board, physicians, senior management, and department managers on HR/Leadership matters. Leads the hospital in strategies to ensure St. Francis has the highest level of employe engagement, as well as compliant with all applicable laws.
BA or BS required. MA/MS with emphasis in HR Management, Business or Organizational Development highly preferred.
Must have at least 5 years HR leadership experience.
